Great storage for Christmas ornaments. Lid goes on well, decent sturdy quality. The cardboard dividers can be a bit tricky to keep in order LOL but once together, it's well structured. I have a lot of weird shapes and sizes of ornaments, so this actually ended up being too small for my needs but I plan on ordering a bigger version. Definitely handy and keeps things organized

5 stars for QUALITY OF STORAGE: THe quality is so much better than I thought that it outweighs my function issues,but probably won't need another one in this size ornaments squares. 1. Outside square is very strong have duty cArdboard covered securely with heavy fabric and reinforced edges/seems/corners 2. Strong bottom with a solid heavy duty panel that you place in the bottom 3. 4 rows of heavy duty cArdboard with a panel to place between layers 4. Same heavy duty cArdboard covered in fabric with reinforced edges for the top 5. Strong,well secured handles 6. I only wish there was a strap or snap to secure the lid, it secures itself well,but I would prefer an absolute lid,not just placing it on top...zipper,snap,flap,.ties,anything. function issues: The size of the squares is absurdly small. They fit only the smallest of my christmas balls,a few handmade ornaments,and soft punishable ornaments,all without tissue space. I am not a large sized ornament person. I celebrate life's milestones and special memories with corresponding ornaments each year,so most are small or medium sized. I don't like big ornaments because tree branches for them are very limited on a real tree. Yet,this will not even fit my smallest hallmark ornament, the snoopy birdwatching I got this year,the box is the smallest of all my boxed ornaments, it is too big for this square. Yes, I can remove the rows to make them bigger,but the cardboard protects the ornaments and keeps the square sturdy. Also, I already have older similar boxes where I took that route and it defeated the purpose,they are just boxes now. I wanted good storage for my best ornaments,none of them fit. Even the small ornaments that fit,cannot be wrapped in tissue...ugh. seriously,a 1.5 inch snowman wrapped in tissue did not fit. So I cut a sliver of tissue to wrap it once. It is well made,very sturdy,attractive,protective.....but only for the smallest ornaments in limited shapes. This is a fabulous box but if you have to remove most of the cardboard protection to fit ornaments,it's not so good anymore. At least make a layer with big squares for a regular ball or a hallmark box...or make a set of two,one like this and one that is bigger and fits less ornaments but fits bigger ones,like medium regular normal christmas balls!

The outside container is very sturdy, but the cardboard dividers are flimsy and frustrating.They aren't staying in place, buy at your own risk

These are so helpful for the Christmas season. I did NOT want to put my decorations away but when I got these it made it easier to be organized! I highly recommend them!
