When I received the product (meant for our granddaughter for Christmas), I had to remove one of the ear muff sections in order to 'uncoil' the shipment. It was poorly manufactured and, if I had seen it in a store, I would NOT have purchased it. Fortunately, I was able to rotate the earpiece and reattach the muff so that our granddaughter never knew how poorly made the item was. I would NOT recommend purchasing this product from ANY retailer!!
