Where can i get the diff and shafts for this?

All the parts are available from your local hobby shop or on line I used the interior parts from my stock plastic axle housings just moved them into the aluminum housings hope this helps

How much heavier are these over the stock axels?

Not to heavy but not really light does improve performance a lot
