Manufacturer, have you addressed the isssue with the door not closing properly?

Our door closes properly. If I remember correctly, The latch is spring loaded & when twisting it on the door I just make sure it’s lined up on the base unit portion so it latches closed.

Can this be ordered in natural gas instead of propane ?
