Great gun for the money.
This is a great gun for the money for the spear fishing I do. I live in the Pacific Northwest and go for ling cod and rock fish so I’m not sure of its true capabilities but it works for these smaller fish and I would feel confident going for much larger fish in my area. I bought the 75cm and quickly learned I also could greatly benefit with a 45cm which I will be purchasing. The line on it is not very user friendly for I spent a few dollars extra and ordered the JBL Spearguns Magnum Shooting Line with Shock Bungee and AB Biller Spear Gun Slide Spring. These two items are a game changer and cut your reloading time down to just a matter of seconds as opposed to minutes fiddling with the line. I don’t anticipate needing anything more than the Apache 45cm and 75cm.

Well made & compact
Very well made & seems to be of good quality. Unfortunately, I decided not to do any spearfishing due to the recent green algae issues in California and returned the product. Although I did not get to use the speargun, it appeared to be pretty solid and easy to use. Would definitely buy the same item if the water condition changes.

Good for beginner
Will get you out and spearing fish. I purchased the 75 cm as a first gun. Instructions cover multiple models so it makes it confusing when reading how to load the particular one you buy. Make sure you tighten the tip good and tight or you will strip threads when you shoot through a fish and hit a rock like I did. The single band may be difficult to pull back to the second notch if you don't use proper holding form ( fingers on top thumb on bottom, close as you can to wishbone) or if you are not very strong. If you are new then definitely get this to try it out. If you really like it you will most likely get more spear guns and its good to have a back up or multiple attached to your dive float so you can stay in the action and tend to repairs after your excursion.

One of my favorite purchases
I’m new too this sport but I will say this cressi has made it pretty fool proof. It’s simple too use and reload, the size is just perfect, it performs great with no problems, its accuracy is spot on, value is worth the amount and it’s pretty durable does get a little scratched up but holds up fine.

This is a great beginner gun
This is a great beginner gun, you will most likely need a bungee to properly set the gun up with the line. No crimps included either which was a bummer but I ended up finding some youtube videos of nice knots to use so I could set it up without crimps. I replaced the band on the gun with a more powerful one and the gun is a fish killing machine now! A+

Not useful
I thought this would be a good starter gun, but its complete crap. Not hating on the brand, but this product is useless. Reloading it is a pain and the range of which it shoots is too short. Going to spend my money on something nicer. Would not recommend.

Average quality gun with a poorly made shaft
I wanted a speargun after using a polespear for a year. Took it out on a dive about a month ago. Before I took it out, I had to get it fitted with a bungie which cost another $10. First time out, shot a fish and missed, hit a rock from about 10 feet away, spear tip bent and you can see that the steel actually cracked, right where the flopper meets the shaft. Took the gun to a dive shop today and ended up fitting me with a Rob Allen shaft which cost me $50 (aka, half the price of the gun). Given that I've spent $170 already, I should've just spent double the price and invested in a Rob Allen speargun, you can get one fully rigged for $220. I figure I'll give this gun a couple more runs and then pick up an upgrade at some point.

Great buy!
I am a beginner spear fisherman and this gun has worked great! It's killed a ton of wish in my first couple weeks of issuing it. The only complaint I have was it didn't seem to give very detailed directions about how to tie the spear to the gun, which I had to find online. Other than that it's been great!

Where is the line to attach the spear to the gun
No reel? I would expect this to come with a reel. Shot it in the back yard, spear shot 20 yards. Luckily I didn’t shoot it in the ocean or it would have been gonezo. Did anyone else’s not come with a reel!?

Se ve bien, pero llego abierto y la cuerda no entra en el orificio.
