worth the money
I like this brand. Their quality has always been good. I like the multiple size center rings to fit different size axial.

Horribly out of round - hope your grinder has really awesome bearings.......
Horribly out of round to the point where I didn't want to run it for fear of wrecking my grinders bearings. The plastic bushings that come with it are sloppy to the wheels inner bore and contributes to the runout. 2 stars because it is a grinding wheel and will work in an pinch if you don't have anything else. I purchased this because its a "name brand" and I expected higher quality because of the brand. Disappointed....

Just like any Norton grinding wheel...
... these are industrial strength wheels that set the standard, at a great price. No rocket science here. Not sure what some of the other reviewers were talking about.

Norton 8” grinding wheel is a “POS!”
Norton has traditionally been good. Sadly, they have gone to crap! I made a bushing on the lathe to hand fit in the stone and on the shaft with a total of .0005 (1/2 of a thousandth) clearance. Shaft is true bushing perfect, stone wobbles about 3/16 left to right. You be the judge! Oh, self aligning washers as well. Just to make sure.
