**3rd Update** - 05/24/2021 - Both of my coolers were not cooling very good. Turns out the fans were nearly completely plugged. After taking them apart and cleaning, one works like new, the other no longer cools at all, so I ordered a replacement. Like fans on a computer, they should be cleaned periodically with a can of compressed air. The one that no longer cools has been used 6-14 hours EVERY DAY since purchased on 11/2019. Very happy with these. :) **2nd Update** - I have been off work due to injury since I purchased this 11/2019. The 1st one started making noise when I start it, so I moved it to living room, as I'm rarely out there. The noise goes away after a few seconds. The 2nd one has been operating 14-16 hours, 7 days a week for months. I am VERY happy with this little chiller! **UPDATE** Was plugged in and operating when I decided to move to another room. The A/C adapter is hot, so be aware of anything touching adapter. AMAZING gadget! Keeps cold drinks chilled. The aluminum cup is so cold it gets condensation on it. Add a very small amount of water to the main device, then set aluminum cup in. This helps transfer cold to the cup. A 20oz plastic bottle does not fit. I buy canned soda so not a problem for me. The aluminum soda can stays colder than plastic anyway.

Update: I have had 2 of these. The first one lasted for 5 months running most of the day no problem, I was very happy. Left a fantastic review. Unfortunately, it stopped chilling at all. So, I purchased a second and this latest one stopped working after a week. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Technology is flawed I guess and/or poor quality. Either way, not worth it!

The product will keep half the can cold the other half a little warmer. Better if you use the cup they provide but there's no cover

Great product. This little appliance by my bed works perfect for me. Use the cup provided for best cooling. I love it.

This is all solid state and besides cooling to 25F; it also put out heat at 87F, along the sides. Now, if I had ten of these cool cups lined up; all ten would be heating a house or a room, to keep it warm. I may try this next winter, if I'm still alive! To regulate temp, just turn a few off. Put a fan behind them to distribute hot air? You could also cool down ten cans of beer or soda or water

So far, this thing cools my drinks really well. Im in a nursing home and the drinks are warm and ice scarce... no personal fridges. This is a great solution! Only issue: i think the power cord has a short. I had trouble getting it to turn on til i moved the cord a certain way. Im scared to move it again now its working. I hope it doesn't short out completely on me. I saw no way to reach customer service for a replacement power cord. Will try via Amazon and update

Woked great until tried to use I for the third time would not turn on or work and it had been untouched at the same spot. Love the idea and versatility

This thing was great when I started using it (early July) it cooled cans quickly, with or without the aluminum sleeve. I used it for a month without issue, other than the occasional condensation. I went away for a few days, tried to use it today (10th of August) but no luck. The light comes on, I can hear the fans but it's not cooling at all. Can't return or refund. Can't recommend this one based on short life span.

This is incredible, its keeps my drink cold enough that ice added to an empty glass will not melt! (only the one that came with it). I have bought a new one every 6-12 months but only because I use it 12-18hrs a day 7 days a week and I honestly couldn't hold the company responsible for replacing it after that much use.
