Makes really great bread will buy again

Best malted bread flour . . .
Well, I've tried a few bread flours but this one tops the lot - I make a 75% malted to 25% white and it is absolutely delicious, light and disappears from the bread bin as fast as I can bake it! Highly recommended

Cheap as chips.
Bargain. You get 6 kg of top class flour for 3.53. Not even 60p /kg. That's a lot of delicious, top quality sourdough bread. Unfortunately Amazon only allows 18 kg batch per customer (3 x6kg). Still, Amazon Thank You.
