How do I use the ZOKU slushy maker cup?

Step 1: Freeze the inner core for 8+ hours, then place in the outer sleeve Step 2: Pour in CHILLED liquid that includes natural or added sugar Step 3: Use included spoon to scrape the slush forming on inner walls downward every 1 - 2 minutes

Does the ZOKU slushy maker cup work with sugar-free or diet beverages?

No, you must use a beverage with natural or added sugar in order for the slushie maker cup to work properly. Sugar-free and artificially-sweetened drinks do not work well with the slushy cup because they freeze too hard to easily scrape the slush.

What ingredients can I use in my ZOKU slushy maker cup?

Try homemade juice, chocolate milk, sweetened coffee, soda, yogurt smoothies, energy shakes, and more. Diet beverages and sugar-free drinks will freeze too hard to scrape.

Troubleshooting: Why isn't my slushy cup making slush?

1. Freeze inner core for 8+ hours; ensure freezer is set at or below 0°F 2. Stand cup upright in freezer, not on its side 3. Place cup toward the back of freezer where it is colder 4. Use chilled liquid with sugar & scrape walls every 1-2 minutes

Can I make a wine slushy, frozen margarita, or other frozen cocktail?

Yes, most wine with a lower alcohol content can make a slushy. For frozen margaritas add 1.25 ounces or less of alcohol after making other ingredients into slush; too much alcohol will melt your slush. Obey all local laws and drink responsibly.
