TOTAL BAG WEIGHT
Am confused. .its expensive. .but total bags weight is only 4150 gm..all other three bag sets are above 8500 gm...is it cheap quality. ..dont know. .pl clarify

INCREDIBLE design. Durability not yet tested
Looks amazing. Excellent, elegant design in a really stylish color (I got the wine red one, will post pictures later). In fact, it looks so good I've already ordered another one in the green color. Yet to test its durability, but right now I'm satisfied with the overall build quality, weight, stitching, material, and internal space. Will update in case I run into any issues.

Poor quality plastic, American Tourister fooling us with cheap Chinese products
I loved the way it looked, the uniform rectangular dimension maximizing the space inside. However the build quality is poor. First the lock stopped working then there came a Crack in the body. I thought these suitcases are practically unbreakable.

Replacement warranty/ refund
I purchased this item from Amazon approximately a year and a half ago. It has been used very minimally and is still in excellent condition, almost like new. However, while packing today, I noticed a hairline crack on this bag(photo attached). As it is still under the 3-year global warranty, I would like to understand the next steps for initiating a replacement or refund. Could you please let me know how quickly this can be resolved?
