We were on the lookout for an all round tool for use around the house - our first drill. Since we have concrete walls, we wanted a tool that could drill the occasional hole in the wall for nails apart from drilling into wood and metal. And for ease of use, we need it to be cordless and not too heavy. So, on researching on the internet and after watching numerous reviews of various drills, zeroed in on this one for the following reasons: 1. Brushless motor which is more durable and no headache of changing brushes 2. Li-Ion battery that charges quickly and lasts longer without any chemical spillage over time. 3. Powerful enough motor with hammer function for drilling into concrete which was the deal breaker for us 4. Variable speed for multi purpose use around the house so that it can be used in soft material as well which was very important as it was for Home use 5. Cordless for carrying into nook and corners 6. LED light helps in dark corners 7. Good pricing without compromise on quality 8. The build quality is very good. The rubber body helps in gripping the tool easily with one hand and the handle is ergonomic. The removable battery makes it all the more stylish where you can pretend to be James bond changing a cartridge when slotting in the battery pack. 8. Two batteries in the pack where one can be on charge while using the other for immediate swapping. Yet to check the battery health and life though. We have been using the battery which came with a full charge and after 4-5 uses of about 15-20 minutes each, the battery has not drained which seems to be really good. Although it's rated for only 2A, at 20V, it packs in quite a punch. We're not sure if higher Amp battery packs are available, but for home use, we feel this more than suffices. Wish they had supplied some basic drill bits in the kit. It comes only with one double sided screw driver bit. Had ordered the Bosch drill bit set separately. We had also ordered some other drill attachments such as brushes for cleaning the house, sanding and polishing discs for the occasional use etc. There are numerous ways in which one could use a drill. It's a whole world to be explored with the various attachments. Would recommend anyone new to watch the various applications on YouTube for utilising the tool fully. Overall a great buy! Would recommend.

Replaced my BOSCH GSB120 Li with this, because of more power, convenience and features at a lower price ! PROS: 20v instead of 12, and bigger batteries. Higher speed and torque. Two batteries will give uninterrupted use (almost), as Lithium batteries are quick charging. Batteries with charge indicators. Charger light turns to blue from red when charging is over. Brushless motor for longer life, and no sparks under load. Two speeds, 20 torque settings, speed increase on pressing switch are good features. So are impact, normal drill, and driver settings, and forward - reverse modes. Lightweight machine and batteries. Good carry box. CONS: Fit and finish could be better -- BOSCH equipment are made in Malaysia, while this in PRC. Does not feel as comfortable while gripping. Speed 1-2 switch and Forward -Reverse switch somewhat stiff in operation. The latter could be bigger with direction arrows embossed. The battery charge indicators show one red, two green, on full charge. Maybe this will improve with use, or are the cells already dying ? The plastic cover over the light is cheap quality. The keyless chuck is difficult to tighten, and comes loose in forward operations. Could not find the "slot in the handle to keep a drill bit" ! Though description says "15mm for wood", the chuck can open max 10mm. Only a few driver bits are provided, while my earlier machine had a complete set of drill & drivers included. No service centres except in South India, though company assures of door-pickup if needed.

Buying this drill was not an obvious choice. I had purchased a 12v drill prior to this but was not very satisfied with the performance it was providing. This is the best drill driver I have used so far - truth is I haven’t used many, but I have experience using a Bosch 12V machine which was single function and didn’t have a lot of power either. This drill is quite costly compared to the 12v ones available- this one is double the price. I didn’t have the budget to buy this initially but considering the return options amazon provides I bought this one to test it out - to understand why was this so much more costly does its performance justify its price. The first use itself was quite promising I got to know this 20v drill has so much more power than the ones I have used before. The product is very capable considering the multiple functions this combi drill offers which I couldn’t find any other was doing at a similar price. The hammer impact is a very useful feature for screwing into wood and tightening and loosening bolts - especially the ones that have rusted and are stuck. The price of the machine is completely justified by its functionality. I haven’t experienced any issues in the past few weeks of usage. I do trust in iBell and I hope this one would serve me for years to come. If you have the budget to buy a good drill and not so much to buy the higher end Bosch’s and Dewalts, which I believe is an important power tool in a makers list do go for this one.

Despite the numerous glowing reviews on Amazon, I was a bit skeptical about spending over 6K on this cordless drill. I have used a few iBELL power tools in the past with mixed results. Maybe my perception wasn't fair because I usually compare any power tool to either Dewalt or Bosch and iBELL is definitely not in their league in terms of durability, precision, fit and finish. However I decided to take a chance with this since I badly needed a powerful cordless drill to replace my Bosch corded drill and I wasn't ready to spend 12k+ that the premier brands demand for an 18v/20v brushless motor cordless drill. Surely enough, my initial reaction when I opened the package was that of disappointment. The drill is much smaller than I expected from a 20v machine (again probably unfair comparison with similarly rated Dewalt/Bosch models) and the plastic body didn't look like it could withstand any amount of abuse. The chuck is mostly plastic and although it can accept drill bits upto 10mm, the larger drill bits almost dwarf the machine itself. The forward/reverse lever is pretty wobbly with very little positive detents and even a small accidental nudge can move its position. The fit and finish are what you would expect from a similar product from Aliexpress. Over the last two weeks, I have put this machine through its paces, drilling holes in plywood, MDF, hardwood, mild steel and masonry. I have to admit that this thing punches way above its weight. I was pleasantly surprised. The chuck holds the drill bits securely and does not slip. The clutch works well in all torque settings for screw driver function. The hammer drill function has enough muscle to drive a 6 mm masonry bit into cement block walls. However the speed control doesn't seem to work since I don't see any difference in speed between the two settings. Also I'll have to see how well this machine holds up to reasonably regular DIY work. However if you are a weekend warrior looking for a convenient cordless drill for tinkering around the house, I think this will fit the bill.

Light weight and compact cordless drill, battery is 20 volt as mentioned. Comes with two pairs of 20 volt battery ,a battery charger and one pair of dual head screw driver bit in a drill case. Packing is good.. About build quality: the product seems ok but I don't feel it's sturdy enough to withstand the ground impact if it dropped accidentally, plastic quality seems like a low grade plastic, also I have a 12 volt cordless drill..when compared to it.. the brushless motor of my old 12 volt cordless drill have more Torque than ibell. And it's cheaper. At this price range I feel the the product need to be build better and sturdier. If you are a professional and plans to buy a new cordless drill/driver.. I would definitely suggest, buy form tool brands like MAKITA, DEWALT, BOSCH etc if u can spend 2k or 3k extra. This drill is not for heavy use.

Bought this as it it came in a box and with the clutters of additional tools which I already have. Was pleasantly surprised to find a separate pack of 6 bits in the box which had not expected. The system for Warranty registration is a bit archaic but the customer service is polite and helpful and sees you through once you initiate the process. Only negative is their continuous follow up / reminder on WhatsApp for a product review. Product looks very handy and comes with a detailed and easy to follow owners manual. Have only tested the product once for drilling since it arrived a few days back. Was impressed with convenience. Suits my needs for occasional drillings etc. at home. Full marks as of now.
