ButterFox Universal Electronics Accessories Travel Organizer/Carry Case (Medium)

I work remotely and have a lot of random gear. I'm not very organized, but want to be. I tried to use the grid it system, but it was too much work to maintain. This is perfect, simple fit: dump all my cords, dongles, chargers and crap into this pouch. The mesh helps me see that I have what I need and I'm on the go. Nothing fancy or complicated. Just a solid pouch. I can comfortably fit my MacBook charger block, a few lightning and micro USB cables, spare phone battery, and a couple dongles. Quality is fine. I wasn't looking for anything heavy duty, just simple, cheap and effective.

I think this is the best electronics accessory that I have to-date, next to the Amazon little luggage case! Mine arrived yesterday and I could not be more pleased bc it is smartly built and compact yet roomy. I now carry a TSA friendly rolling mobile office briefcase and this slides in and out of it easily near my Surface 3! I use mine to hold a 4-USB slot hub, compact number keypad, mouse and miniature power strip. Sooo glad I purchased it and can not wait to use it on my next business trip. What is best is that I do not have to take things out to get to what I want and I can view through the mesh. The long handle is smart as well because I can easily pull it out of my bag. Plus, there are inside pockets for smaller cords/accessories so those do not get lost or amid larger items. So smart and functional!

This is a great option for dealing with laptop power supplies in your carry-on luggage! I carry two to three laptops with me when I'm traveling for work and pleasure - and dealing with the tangle of power supplies has always been an obnoxious problem with no easy solutions. I've tried ziplock bags - but they eventually burst or get torn up. I've tried special elastic strap lined cases - but if my carry-on gets opened for inspection then they have to be unzipped and dumped out. I needed something that would allow a fast visible confirmation of the contents, was shaped to easily stow my power supplies and their cords without lots of fussing about, and which was low profile enough to slip into my carry-on bag at the last minute for when I was waiting on my flight to be called in an airport lounge while charging up. This totally does the trick. The size is a good match for my 120W brick power supply for my workstation replacement laptop. The smaller power supplies for my ultrabook and work laptop fit together without straining the zipper or mesh. Constructions seems durable, and the mesh is strong enough to hold up without snagging or coming free of the stitching. I've learned the hard way not to overload these sorts of bags, so I'm not sure I'd try to cram my wireless mouse or other electronic clutter in with the power supplies, but there seems to be space for at least my spare phone charger and batteries. Definitely pleased with the convenience and ease of slipping into my bag as well. It's the perfect size to slide alongside my laptops instead of needing to be on top of them in my backpack.

Caveat: Haven't actually USED it yet. I just returned from Europe & left my cable case, with the many cables inside, in the bathroom at JFK. As there was no chance of getting it back, I went online & wanted to order a new one that didn't bulge in a packed carry on bag. I picked this one & plan to use it when I fly in the next month or so. It is sturdy, it zips easily & seems well made, with 2 mesh pockets inside (4 ½" by 2 ½") & a mesh see through fabric on the other side. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it is black with a black zipper. Why manufacturers who make this almost automatically choose black as their color is beyond me. Are they afraid of using a bright color (turquoise for example) that would actually show up in your tote instead of disappearing into the black hole. Secondly, most cables are black which makes them almost impossible to identify once they're zipped in. Minor quibbles maybe but things whose functionality could be improved with so little effort.

Arrived on time. Nice case- had enough room for cables, mice and the like. seems well made.

Nothing to dislike. This is great for traveling because of the mesh covering and TSA can see what's inside. It's just the right size for my laptop and phone charger cables. Fits comfortably in my Tote bag.

Some call it small; I call it compact. It's a no frills compartment for stashing your stuff so that it's easy to find. It has mesh, so it's not waterproof as indicated in the description. Size is also accurately described. Why waste time asking stupid questions? It's NOT cheaply made, it's just simple. Easily holds everything I need it to (a few chargers, a speaker and a couple adapters) stows away easily, with room to spare. If you've got a lot of stuff, get a bigger bag.

This was the 3rd accessories bag that I found that finally met my needs. It's roomy for my laptop powercord, mouse, ipad charger, VGA dongle and other miscellaneous connectors. I like that there are 2 small netted pockets inside, and a side pocket on the exterior with zipper where I can keep my pens. And it has a loop at the end for carrying. Great design!

This is a really good piece of kit for keeping all of your charging cables and travel adaptors together. Has made my laptop bag much tidier. I have a rather bulky old fashioned laptop power pack so this doesn't fit, but it does hold 2 phone cables with plugs, ipad cable, 3 UK to Europe travel adaptors, a travel charger and a wireless presenter remote easily.

Do the job, but found it a little expensive
