Bob's Red Mill Organic Corn Grits / Polenta, 24oz (Pack of 1) - Vegan, Kosher

This was my first purchase of Bob's Red Mill Yellow Corn Polenta, though I've purchased many of their other products in the past. As a retired professional chef, I’ve had plenty of experience with Bob’s other fine products. I ran out of “brand X” cornmeal the other day, and since I was already making an Amazon order, I thought I’d give this product a try. This morning, I made a batch of corn muffins using this product in a standard cornbread recipe, adding just a bit of sugar…they’re muffins after all. I am amazed that a recipe that’s otherwise so simple can be taken all the way to the next level by simply using this quality cornmeal/polenta. Not only was the flavor spot on, but the mouth feel was way beyond reproach. A whole new experience for me. Now, I’ll never change brands again. This product is not only organic and esoteric, but also cost competitive. My old brand, though not as good, was a bit more expensive. Go figure. I’m so inspired, I plan to make a nice polenta for dinner tonight. Thank you, Bob, may you rest in peace, and all your dedicated owner employees. Just one more reason why the USA is the best place on earth.

Sure makes for good tasting grits & cost isn’t really out of line. Will order again once this purchase gets nearly used.

Very good. Perfect combination to have with eggs. Although .... I did order vegan kosher grits and got polenta. I was a disappointed but tried it anyway and it was good. Still would like to try the corn grits.

This brand has a robust wholegrain corn flavor. I used to prefer Dixie Lily, but Bob's Red Mill is now the best. This pack of 4 is the best price available, and it stores well, so no issues with a larger quantity than I would ordinarily use in a month.

I really love these grits they taste amazing ever since I started eating these grits I never went back to the other brands

It takes a little longer yet I love them salt lemon pepper butter and cheese and my goodness these can go well with mushrooms onions bell peppers sautéed on the side and yes Lord I am all set

The product is good but the size is too small for the price. I expected a bigger bag.

If you don't bring your personal brand of grits from the States, this brand works perfectly.
