As someone who doesn't drink coffee and just has an overall low tolerance to caffeine in general, the effects were noticeable within 10 or so minutes. As instructed, I needed to drink plenty of water, or else I felt lethargic and sickly. Otherwise, this gave me a long-term sustainable energy that lasted a good part of the day, both in and outside of my workout. I also have no hunger cravings that I would have had during usual times. But I do practice fasting regularly, so that could just be a personal factor. I also feel warmer than usual, but whether that can be attributed to summer heat or the supplements is subject to further observation. I've only been using this product for a few days, so I can't attest to its fat-burning properties yet, but regardless, a healthy diet and exercise are the biggest factors, and this should aim to support that.
