Perfect for my license plate. It’s exactly what I was looking for. It’s sturdy stainless steel and the frame is narrow enough so it doesn’t cover the state or slogan along the top and bottom of the plate like the car dealer ones do. It’s a really nice addition to the chrome trim on the back of my car. The front of my car came with a factory installed license plate holder so unfortunately the frame doesn’t fit on there.

License plate frame has 1/2” wide sides, 5/8” top and 1 1/8” bottom. Wide bottom served my purpose of hiding PA text across bottom of plate. Caps that came with the screws do not fit the screw heads. The included screws could not be used on my ‘21 Honda CRV. Had to use screws that came with vehicle. Back edge of frame is rough and will scratch paint if allowed to contact vehicle. I placed felt pads (as used on furniture legs) to back of license plate so frame does not touch vehicle paint. Quality appears OK but time will tell if frame will tarnish soon.

Great frames. Very easy to install and like that there is a lip on the backside to hold the plates in the frame. The button covers snap on easily and will provide great protection from moisture causing rust form on the screws. One writer wondered if the buttons will be difficult to remove once snapped on, which was my concern as well. Nope, the button covers can be easily pried off. No worries.

They are BETTER than chrome, the look sharp, sleek and dignified on my vehicle. I had purchased the same product two years ago for use on my new 2019 Tucson. Last week I purchased a new 2022 Tucson, went into the dealer, gave him a bag containing my license plates and the s.s. frames, drove home and then realized that they had replaced my frames with cheap plastic ones with the dealers name on them. I couldnt wait until these arrived so I could throw the dealer ones in the trash where they belong.

For the money, very nice frames. However, I was a bit mislead by being advertised as being "silver", as they are chrome. I already have chrome frames and am trying to get away from that look so I'm looking for a silver/silver metallic frame to match silver trim on my car. I thought I found them when I purchased these but instead opened the package to find chrome frames. I am disappointed but overall, these are nice frames for the money.

These are very nice looking frames, solid, and appear to actually be made of stainless steel (unlike those Kitchenaid knives that get rust spots in the dishwasher). However, the lower edge will cover any lettering or stickers on the bottom inch or so of the plate. As seeing the top 1/8” of the word “EXCELSIOR” would drive me nuts, I will put them on something else. They are very sturdy, so if you have a plate that hangs into space off the edge of the bumper, like one of our cars does, they’d be good, especially since the aluminum plates can be deformed by large insect impacts.

I was looking for something nice and simple to replace the bulky dealer frame. I’m very happy with this set as it’s metal and not plastic. Holes lined up easily in both mounting locations. I didn’t need to use the included hardware bolts but I did use the black plastic caps to cover the hardware I already had.

This is exactly as described. It makes your license plate look better and gives it a more 'finished' look. The screw covers are a great addition. Always make sure to verify if your car requires 2 or 4 screws before purchasing as both options are available.
