Worth every penny saves
Been buying from this company for years. Had a couple of hiccups along the way and been solved quickly for the most part. Occasionally have issues with ink but mostly solve those ourselves since we are saving so much money

Good ink, random duds!
Good ink, I seem to get a dud about every 10th cartridge. Although it is frustrating when I have to throw them away, I figure I save enough upfront over the big name brand that I still make out ahead.

Very disappointed because I use the generic inks in all of ...
These did not function at all in my LX900. I did all of the normal purging, cleaning, aligning and could not get the black in to print at all. Ended up ordering Primera brand. Very disappointed because I use the generic inks in all of my other printers with great success and was excited to find a generic for Primera. I don't recommend this at all!

We like your product
We like your product, but we had a problem with the last order. We ordered 2 sets of this yellow ink which should have total of 4 inks and we got only 2 pieces which is 1 set. We haven't got any reply.

Works just like OEM cartridges!
Works perfectly in my LX900 printer! I've ordered this item a few times now and I've never had an issue. Be sure to read the instructions that come with the cartridges so you install the cartridges in the correct order. I've spoken with their customer service once and they were very helpful.

Some leak spilling ink everywhere others, despite being new, my primera lx900 says they are empty !
Don't buy. I will only buy original Primera cartridges going forward. These are garbage.
