I bought this nightgown on a whim, and now I basically live in it after 8 pm. The cotton is super soft and breathable. It's not too thin, and not too heavy. It has that perfectly oversized, relaxed fit that makes you want to cancel plans and stay in. I got the star and moon print, and it is even cuter in person and hasn't faded even after 20ish washes. Bonus: it’s long enough that I don’t have to worry about coverage when I'm shuffling to the kitchen for midnight snacks. If you want a comfy sleep dress that feels like a gentle hug from the universe, this is it.

Nice weight, soft cotton blend that is cool and comfortable. Does not cling. Fits well. No pockets but that makes it more comfortable to sleep in.

I bought it for my niece. It fit her perfect and she loves it. It washes well too. I have bought at least 4 for her. They are so cute.

I purchased the Elephant cotton nightgown and was so pleased. It is soft, light weight, roomy and totally comfortable. The inside writing states 100% cotton. I washed it in cold water then dried on low and there was no shrinkage. I loved it so much that I bought two more designs: Forest and Penguin. Sadly, these are nothing like the wonderful Elephant nightgown I received. Forest had an overpowering chemical odor, probably from the ink. Penguin had a more mild chemical odor. Both Forest and Penguin have Mia Lucce tags, no statement of fabric content and the fabric feels rough and heavy. These were returned. It seems there are two manufacturers. Elephant nightgown was made by White Stag and has black printing on the inside the the nightgown. The website photos need to be updated because they are misleading. I tried to order more nightgowns by looking at the photos and picking the ones that DO NOT have the Mia Lucce tag and that have the same inside black printing as the Elephant nightgown. Unfortunately, that didn't work and I received nightgowns with the Mia Lucce tags, rough fabric and chemical odor. This must be their new manufacturer. Very disappointing. I really want to buy more that are like the first one I bought but I can't figure out how to do that. Amoy-Baby - please update your photos to show the proper manufacturer instead of using old photographs.

The product was as described, and is going to serve me well for a long time. It's not as soft as, say, flannel, but has an agreeable feel, softer than most cotton tee-shirts for example. The freshly opened item had almost no odor at all, and came out completely odorless after washing in unscented detergent, which cannot be said for all nighties currently on the market. I went with XXL based on the size chart, in the hopes of getting a good fit across the shoulders, and this was the right decision: the shoulders fit as expected, and rest of the fit is roomy without being problematically oversized.
