Not what is pictured!! Very disappointing
The runners sent are black and very thin. These are nothing like the thicker white runners I have on other clam products. Why picture something totally different than what you are selling???

Not as pictured
Runners came we're not the thick white runners. We're thin black ones. But some runner is better than no runner

Missing hardware and wonder if I got the right thing.
Can't tell if it's the real product as it arrived with no hardware, no instructions and is not the color of shown on the web or on the box. The box appears to be a clam box but from the tape job on it, I wonder. Will return it but what a hassle.

Disappointing
Box was missing all the bolts, washers, and nuts. Sliders themselves are also black not white as seen in the picture provided. Another disappointment from Clam.
