Will this change the color of the concrete or stone?

I used the product on bluestone and it did not change the color at all

Can I use this on a outdoor partially painted stepping stone ?

Yes, this can be used. Just be sure to properly apply the product in 2 flood coats. You will know a "flood coat" has been reached when you see pooling that turns milky white.

Is this for indoor stone, such as flagstone?

Yes, you can use Stone Sealer indoors. As long as the flagstone is porous (absorbs water), then you can apply Stone Sealer.

will this work on porcelain shower tiles ?

An easy way to tell is by doing a quick splash test. Simply splash some water on to your tile. If it darkens when wet, it is porous and will accept our Stone Sealer. If the water beads on the surface, it is non-porous and would be a better suited to our Gloss Sealer.
