Does this work with the orange crush pro 120 head?

I believe so, should work with any Orange Footswitch input, it’s just the mini version of the really big one.

Does come with stickers to indicate what you using the footswitch for

It does not come with stickers. But why would you need stickers? It has a light that indicates whether it’s on the dirty or clean channel.

When i use this pedal with my crush 35rt, the light was on for the clean channel and on off for the distortion channel. how do i change that?

Think of the DARK amps Light off (Dark) Light On (Bright) aka clean. That's how the Big Version works🤘😎🤘

Doea this require a battery or ac adapter?

Run it through guitar cable and it lights up.
