So this gorgeous knife set that is TRULY COUNTER WORTHY came in with one of the utility knives got scratches on its handle. As Styled Settings noted in their product, they will make everything right (in my case, perfect), so i reached out to them and they send the replacement. Second time is when they finally make it right. It was such a wonderful experience how my concern was handled by their customer service (a kind lady named Kay) and make sure it's being addressed. I got the copper kitchen knife, set. The only thing I can say that I wish that the block came in different colors to match my kitchen like a hunter green and so far the copper hasn’t faded, but I also got the warranty on it other than that, I love it

The handles on the knife are not copper. So disappointing. The knife set itself seems ok. It’s only the handles I didn’t like and they look cheap and not copper.
