Why can this not be used with ssri's?

The reason we advise against consuming Kin if you're taking antidepressants is because the amino acid 5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin, which the body breaks down into serotonin. Antidepressants like SSRIs (among others) work by making serotonin more available in the brain. Too much serotonin can be harmful. We strongly advise speaking with a healthcare provider to learn more about this before trying Kin if you are currently taking antidepressants.

Can you smell this on your breath like alcohol?

Hi There! High Rhode does not contain or smell like alcohol. It has a bitter, herbal flavor profile that is best crafted into mixed drinks using your favorite bitters, juices, and syrups!

Can you freeze it (as it only lasts a week after opening)?

We don't recommend freezing Dream Light, but the good news is it won't expire after a week in the fridge - 7 days is best for freshest taste, but we recommend consuming within 21 days for optimal effect.

What are the calories?
