Very Dissapointing Product
I've used their product on my Surface Pro 3 for many years, and was sadly disappointed for my Surface Pro 2017 model. It had no 256G drive installed, only two USB ports worked and then only maybe 50% of the time, and the RJ45 Ethernet connect never worked. Returned and they didn't give me a refund. Amazon stepped in after complaining to them and granted me a refund after spending $9 shipping it back to them. What a horrible experience.

Almost Perfect :-)
This thing is perfect and makes my life significantly easier. It would have 5-stars if not for the magnets coming loose and having to reattach.The additional USB ports and Ethernet port have made using the surface more convenient while travelling

Maybe get the model without the SSD?
This has worked well for me for a little over a year, after which the SSD has failed. Works well to power the device, send video to an external monitor, and provides extra USB ports. I have never relied on this to be my main data repository- everything is backed up elsewhere- but this kind of failure about 14-15 months is problematic.
