Do you buy the original and nsfw editions and combine them? or should you just by the nsfw edition by itself?

It depends on how many ppl you plan on playing with. If your playing with 3-5 ppl then i would get the one deck. If your going to play with up to 9 ppl then i would get both decks. The NSFW deck could offensive to some ppl and is definitely not meant for child below 10. You could get 2 of the same deck but if you do there are some rules in that might need to be altered. Here are the rules: https://youtu.be/kAkRKuv5Rts

Yes, sort of. I can't say about the not-safe-for-work edition, but we purchased the party edition from Amazon in December 2018 and our box meows. (And plays the short, familiar portion of Mexican Hat Dance...)

Which version is funnier - this one or the original?

Hi, Rodney! We think they are both pretty funny but this NSFW version is more suitable for adults. The Original Edition can be played with children as young as 7. Hope that helps!

Can you play with this deck on its own or do you need to buy the regular edition first?

Any deck can be played entirely by itself with up to 5 players, or combined with any other deck to play with up to 9 players.
