Great to use after swimming or apply before to protect your hair and/ or hair colour. You don't need much. Nice smell. Easy to use bottle.

My boys swim 5x a week at the pool and are always on the beach so pretty much constantly in the water. My eldest has thick hair with loose curls and my youngest has very thick hair with kinky curls. They both have so much sun-chlorine-salt exposure that their hair is now sun bleached. We've even cut back on shampooing because their hair was getting totally stripped and dry. This product has miraculously been able to keep their hair soft, moisturized, manageable and light which is quite the feat with their thick hair. To top it off, it smells great. Despite their different textures, it works equally well for them both. It's easy enough to use in the spray bottle that they can now do it themselves. The bottle size is perfect to pack and go with for poolside hair care; I just wish there was an option for a bigger bottle to keep at home. We go through these so quickly!

Beautiful product! A little goes a long way. It definitely works to help repair hair from the pool chemicals. Leaves hair silky and smooth. Has a light scent, but not overpowering.
