Question 3

My delivery said I can star using it after one hour and connect it to electricity, is this right?

Accepted Answer

You should leave your fridge/fridge freezer to settle for at least 4 hours. Once 4 hours have passed, you can plug your appliance in. When doing so, make sure that the thermostat control is set to on. Before placing food into the appliance, allow your fridge some time to cool down to temperatures safe for food storage, When you move them or turn it on for the first time after moving, the pressure in the system increases rapidly to compensate for any change in location. This can cause oil separator valves and seals to fail if they are not fully opened at this point. If that happens, oil can leak into the compressor.
