First time I've ordered linen like napkins and I was floored that they really look that way. They are thick but not too thick to roll, and soft. I bought them to use for a classy event. Note the bands and forks do not come with. The red color is just a shade darker than my picture looks. It's not Christmas red and definitely not burgundy, more cardinal.
