Fantasic carbohydrates with geat taste. Not too sweet. I have used them on many ultra races and was never disappointed or had upset stomach.

The product makes a huge difference during the workout.

I already have a pre-work out supplement from Kinetica which I was using before and during training. With this carb drink I can have the whole pre-work out drink before exercise and top up with this during workout. The last one came in a box which was twice the size of the powder inside (even though the weight checked). This powder is twice as big as the portions are larger, but the box is much more closely matched. The taste is citrus which was always my favourite for any kind of energy drinks. It tastes nice and not overly sugary. The powder dissolves easily in water but I do use a shaker to ensure there are no lumps. Does it help during workouts? Yes although I was hoping for a better energy boost than what I'm getting. The first time I felt hardly anything, the second was better. I can compare it to a state where you feel like you get reserve power. You won't be moving mountains but it will allow you to finish up your routine and not drop. I won't cover the ingredients, it's mentioned many times in the other reviews. The bottom line is this drink will give you some energy if you happened to have little to eat that day, or you added some more exercises or reps to your routine and feel depleted. It's best to have it on a regular basis every time you exercise. This way your body will know what to do with the heat you just delivered. It's not cheap but it's something that improves the effectiveness of your workout. Tested by WADA also means safety and quality. All of this makes the price go up. I don't do monster workouts so not sure if I'd get this product again, but it's worth considering if you're lacking steam and you need some extra. Thank you for reading my review. I regularly have early AM workouts, being in the gym for 5/530am and I'm typically not a morning person is terms of eating a breakfast, I struggle to have anything that early in the morning so usually power through my workouts on whatever fuel I have in me and the preworkout drink (usually total war by redcon1). I have had days there I know my workout has dropped off as I feel I'm not able to push hard enough due to lack of energy, something which I think has now been remedied by having a scoop of this to drink during my workouts. One serving provides me with 40g of carbs, which is the same gram amount as about two slices of toast but due to the profile being 30g glucose and 10g fructose I think this absorbs faster and is able to be used as energy much more efficiently than toast - no waiting for the gut to digest. There are also b vitamins in here, which are known for giving extra energy, so a great combination overall. The citrus taste is great, refreshing and makes it an enjoyable drink to have, and look forward to. Kinetica is a brand I already know and trust and the fact that this is WADA tested means it is of the highest quality - I don't need WADA tested products but it gives me reassurance that I'm putting quality products into my body when I opt for this type. I'm giving this 5 stars as its another great product from the trusted Kinetica brand

Nice taste but not as good as other brands on the market.

This is a straightforward carb drink. No protein, no caffeine, just dextrose and fructose and a few B vitamins to help absorption. it's an almost old-school blast of complex sugars to give your energy level a boost, and no extras or gimmicks involved. And it works - it gives you a noticeable boost after 40mins or so of hard work and I've not noticed any particular crash as a day on the bike goes on. Taste is pleasant in that you wouldn't choose to drink this with ice in the bathtub after a stressful day at work, but you won't get that feeling that you can't stomach another mouthful no matter how much you need it. It stays drinkable even when it's warmed up in the sun too. The powder dissolves easily and stays mixed - your drink won't taste stronger and stronger as you drain the bottle. . The manufacturers website says that is 'may' contain traces of milk, which I take to mean it's manufactured on the same site as a product that contains milk, so unless you're a very strict vegan I think you can assume it to be vegan-friendly. It's also WADA inspected if that's something you need to worry about, although if you are I imagine you're sponsored and won't be buying this yourself anyway. It works out at reasonably good value, and the WADA certification means you know it's good quality stuff. Lastly, but not insignificantly, it comes in attractive packaging and won't look ugly in your kitchen cupboard! Das Energy-Pulver der Firma Kinetica glänzt mit sehr guten Inhaltsstoffen und perfekter Zusammensetzung. Die 1500g Packung wird in einer wiederverschließbaren Plastikdose geliefert. Das Kohlenhydrat löst sich im Shaker bereits nach Sekunden komplett auf. Personen die sich damit auskennen, wissen dass dies absolut keine Normalität ist und selbst bei teureren Produkten oft ein Problem. Hier stellt dies kein Problem dar und es wird komplett flüssig. Der Geschmack ist sehr gut und schmeckt tatsächlich nach Citrus. Da können sich andere Hersteller tatsächlich mal eine Scheibe von abschneiden. Kleiner Tipp: abgefüllt und eingefroren, ist der Geschmack als Eis sehr sehr gut oder auch eingemischt in Magerquark. Ich kann das Energy-Pulver ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen und gebe deswegen volle 5 von 5 Sterne

So eine schöne Abwechslung zu den normalen Schokoladen- / Vanille Sorten! Schmeckt wie eine Limonade und hat überhaupt keine dicke oder kalkige Konsistenz. Ich liebe dieses ! Es ist so lecker und erfrischend. Ich trinke es sehr gerne. Sie müssen es in einem Shaker-Becher mischen, sonst ist es ein echter Schmerz, es mit einem Löffel zu mischen. Bläst viel, aber sobald sich die Blasen gelegt haben, hatte ich keine Probleme mit Floatern oder Pulverablagerungen. Etwas teurer als Standardprotein, aber es lohnt sich meiner Meinung nach!

Tenere a mente che: - sono 400 kcal per 100 grammi. - Quasi tutte (90%) provengono da carboidrati e, di questi, quasi tutti sono zuccheri semplici (destrosio e fruttosio), quindi di rapidissimo assorbimento. - 10 grammi – 2 cucchiaini da tè non stracolmi – sono 40 kcal. Detto questo, la polvere giallina, estremamente fine (quasi vaporosa) si scioglie perfettamente in qualsiasi liquido, sia caldo che freddo. Non fa cagliare il latte (aspetto non sempre scontato) ed ha un gusto limone appena accennato (anche se molto dipende dalla concentrazione). Da notare la forte presenza di vitamine del gruppo B, mentre è assente la vitamina C. Il barattolone è non poco sovradimensionato rispetto all’effettivo contenuto. Circa 1/3 è spazio vuoto (non si poteva farlo più piccolo?). Io ne assumo circa 20 grammi (un cucchiaio da minestra colmo) alla mattina con della semplice acqua fresca, ed ogni tanto ne metto un paio di cucchiaini nel latte coi biscotti (non altera più di tanto il sapore e si scioglie all’istante). Lo scoop, molto voluminoso (porta circa 45 grammi) è annegato in mezzo al barattolo, quindi bisogna fare un minimo di “scavi” per riuscire a recuperarlo. Il prezzo di questo barattolone, al momento in cui scrivo, è di 35 euro. Possono sembrare tanti, ma la quantità di polvere è veramente notevole. Praticamente c’è una quantità di carboidrati semplici che può bastare per mesi.
