Can I use this on my face?

I would say no. There are better products specifically for the face. This is a body lotion.

I received the revitalizing peppermint lotion, but i can get the plunger to work properly. it will not release so i can pump it. can you advise?

Hello Mary, Thank you for choosing Avalon. Please contact the seller directly for a exchange of our Avalon Peppermint Hand and Body Lotion. If we can be of further assistance, please give us a call at 1-800-227-5120. We are available M-F 9AM to 7PM EST.

Is this the same formula and scent as the Lavender lotion that Trader Joe's used to sell?

It is missing the sunflower oil😪

Is the peppermint lotion suppose to smell sourish?

No, it is suppose to smell minty and fresh--if it smelt sour I would return it. I have used this lotion for quite a long time and it has never smelt sour.
