Is there a way of running this off a 12v vehicle power source (cigarette lighter type or hard wired) for use in a Motorhome when off grid? Thanks.

You need to get an adapter to stabilise the power at 12V, as most car batterries are running between 9.6V and up to 14.7V when the engine is running. It must supply constant 12V and 2A of power, so roughly 24-30W of power.

Can u still mount the monitor after this been installed onto the vesa ?

No, as this uses the VESA screw holes on the back of the monitor.

Can this pc provide enough power for a bus-powered external usb drive such as the lacie rugged mini 5tb which i believe draws around 4 watts?

Sorry it can only use the power adapter we offered

What's the difference between the Quieter2 and Quieter2Q?

The Quieter2Q is the more recent version. There MAY be two slight differences that I have found: 1. The Quieter2 can be upgraded with an SSD up to 2TB; the Quieter2Q can take an SSD up to 4TB; 2. The Quieter2Q IS Windows 11 upgradeable; the Quieter2 MAY not be. I have been using a Quieter2 for some time with no problems. 🍌🙂
