I got this gate belt for my sister. It is very sturdy and easy to put on and take off. I feel that she is safer when we use the belt and I think she feels more secure. I would recommend it for anyone who is not steady on their feet.

I purchased this for my 91 year old father who has cancer and has been getting weaker. He now has aides with him 24/7 for assistance & protection. Dad's had a few falls over the past months and up to now, they've had no way to grab ahold of him, except by his pants, which is not an ideal situation. When I got him this webbed security belt with handles for him to wear, the aides say that this is very handy and a much safer way to help them transfer him from chair to bed, etc... The material this is constructed from is softer and more comfortable than I thought it would be. He says it's not uncomfortable to wear. Dad is very particular with his garments, so I was surprised that he has had no complaints yet about this Safety Belt. So therefore, I'm impressed with the product, and the cost is more than reasonable. I would recommend this.

I ordered this for my 100 year old mom. Just what I need when helping her

Just bought it for my MIL and am returning it immediately. My MIL is 92, and suffers from Alzheimer's and she had a stroke which left her left side very weak. I tried it on her and it rose up to under her breast. I could not tighten the buckle enough, it still rose up and went under her breast. She is a small person less than 100lbs. Disappointed that this didn't work for her.
