Is there any silicone in this mink oil?

I believe there isn't. In general, you'll get a lot of details about this product by visiting the page for it on the Kirby Allison Hanger Project portal. There is a lot more info there than on any of the product pages on Amazon for the same products.

can/should this be used on suede shoes?

No, don’t use this on suede shoes. I believe Saphir has separate products for suede, but google “Kirby Alison how to care for suede shoes.” That will show you the beat stuff. Good luck.

should you brush it out after letting it sit for 24 hours?

i've waited almost that long but you don't have to. usually 15 - 20 minutes before brushing. depends on what shape your shoes are in to start with . in any caseyes brush before your next step
