まだ飲み始めなので、効果は分からないので、★１つ減らしてます。 海外発送ですが、１週間程度で到着しました。 朝に小さじ１杯弱程度摂取してますが、市販のサプリの金額と比較しても コスパはいいと思います。 毎月購入とかにもならないと思います。 年に３～４回程度の購入になるなら、リピすると思います。

Mixes well, mild bitter taste, decent.
-Well sealed. Came with a clear plastic wrap around the lid, as well as a foam paper protective seal on the inside. -Mixes well. -Taste is okay. Mixed half a teaspoon in water. It has a mild bitter taste, but not bad at all. -Does it actually improve performance? Who knows.

Great value and one of the only pure l-citrulline options on Amazon. Excellent for blood flow and don't need to use as much as you do with citrulline malate.
