Use it for the full 7 days and don’t become dependent
Works amazing I just don’t want to be dependent on it also use it for all 7 days unless you already used it for five days and your period comes. Whenever I didn’t use it longer than five days the symptoms came back after 2. lol so my first tip is follow instructions as is. This is a miracle worker but don’t eat or drink sugar on it for some reason it cancels the suppository out and for my tequila drinker's Don Julio don’t have sugar in it hahaha

Worth the buy
I tend to have issues with my pH getting out of wack from little things, but this fixes things pretty quickly! I don't experience any irritation either, and they aren't uncomfortable to insert. Would highly recommend!

Effective relief and easy to use

10/10! i ran out of NutraBlast and had to go buy a different brand of boric acid in store. 2 days in to that alternative my symptoms were worse. this finally came in the mail, 2 nights in my symptoms are gone and there is NO odor. i will never cheat on this brand again!!
