Can you lay the ps5 horizontally with this case? Will it work with original mount?

Yes, you can lay it horizontally using the original mount.

Does it have vent cut outs so the ps5 fan can blow out heat ?

Exhaust is in the back of the ps5. The side cutouts are intakes for the fans.

Is there a filter on the inside of the case located by the fans?

No filter. Just the open slots / vents

Can a filter be put on the inside where the vents are?

There’s no slot for a filter, but I’m sure you could fit a small filter in there. I haven’t tried myself, and I’d be careful of breaking the tabs if you tried it.
