MNGARISTA Retractable Badge Holder, Heavy Duty Carabiner Keychain, Tactical ID Card Holder with 31.5" Retractable Badge Reel, Black

Simply excellent

Really like it verry good and well made. I have had it for 2 years now and it finely is broke. I did use it on a daily basis the plastic coating came off on the stress points and it dug into the mettel ring hints y I'm replacing it whit a new one we'll worth the money.

Bought this instead of a clip version and attached easily to pockets or belts. The cable action is smooth and the case is strong. It is heavier than less sturdy holders but that’s the trade off and it is still practical. Exceptionally happy until cable detached from clip after 20months use. Not sure that makes it value for money but functionally it was so good I’d probably buy another.

Metal cabled extendable are flawed. The reason for this is to do with the angle you present you pass to a access reader or the angle you present your attached keys. Most swipes or key locks are horizontal in some way and when you present your attached items it places stress on the point where the cable extends from, in a short amount of time the fully extended cable just snaps. You might as well by 3 material type extendable ones for the same price.

If you regularly use a swipe access card then this is a must. It is a robust and rigid "hard case" for your card. I was sick of cards splitting and ceasing to work. It works perfectly on swipe/door access readers. It has a rugged look and comes with a metal extending cable, not the plastic thread type that frays in no time. Not a delicate thing of beauty but a hard working till of the trade.

My wife works in a hotel. Great product Very well made Don’t buy the cheap lanyards pay that little bit extra. Well worth the money

Fantastic ID holder, heavy duty and much better than the cheap and tacky versions 👌

Great for about 4 months. Retraction has started sticking after that and then finally broke completely after 6 months. Would not reccommend.

Product was good but string was broke after 6months not hard use

This ID holder is made of very strong, quality, hard plastic! It is large enough to hold a standard size ID and credit cards behind it if you have to. I have three IDs slid into the same holder. It clips on to your pants just as a key ring would and stays out of your way on the side of your hip pocket. The clip is made of metal and is extremely sturdy as well. When I'm driving in my car up to the gate to enter my job location and security asks to see my ID, I can literally pull my ID from my hip up to the passenger window and show him without any discomfort or needing to stand or unclip it. The cord which allows you to pull it as long enough to reach the window from a seated position. I live in New York City and I work for New York City Transit authority which deals with the subways. I can also put my ID from my hip at the train turnstile which has tap and Go technology and I don't have to unhook it. Once again, the cord is long enough to use tap and go and continue through the turnstile with absolute ease. Thanks to word of mouth, many other New York City Transit personnel have purchased this ID holder. I've seen at least six others including myself and the list will keep growing because it is so easy to use and it's extremely strong as compared to the light plastic flimsy competition. I will get another to have as a spare just in case anything happens or I lose it! It also has a key ring included which allows you to add keys. If this is your choice, can you also will be able to unlock/lock doors without detaching the ID holder from your hip. This makes it extremely versatile. When not in use, I simply pull the cord and insert it in my back pocket where it sits comfortably. Sitting in the car or at a desk is not a problem. It also gives you a level of comfort knowing that it's safe in your back pocket.
