This book's primary messages are now a part of how I think and operate. Continuous improvement using 80/20 is key; you just keep iterating until you can squeeze no more out of what you're optimizing. Then you can evaluate what you're optimizing for as well and improve that. Basically, stack the deck in your favor and when it makes sense get aggressive about it to see real growth and improvement in something. I try to design spreadsheets that automatically display results in a way that I can quickly spot which 20% is giving me 80% of the upside and downside.

The book's back side is damaged. It's a pity as I was looking forward to reading it and keeping it on the long run.
