Review: Nightmare - Not only was the item defective, which meant we were without hot water after removing our old water heater, but then the return was a hassle. Due to the delays created by the item being defective, the project was interrupted and we were without hot water for additional days, while having to get ready without hot water to go to our regular jobs. In addition, we were left in suspense while the seller determined if we as the buyers were at fault for the defect after the seller received the returned item. Ultimately we had to purchase another item locally while waiting to know if we would receive a refund and if it would be a full refund. Personally, I learned to not order such an item, an item that in the case it is defective, it will delay the project in addition to causing undue interruptions in daily activities.
