KitchenCraft Lovello Textured Large Bread Bin with Lid, Ventilated Design, 41.5 x 2 x 18cm – Latte Cream`

Gemini said The KitchenCraft Lovello Textured Large Bread Bin is a standout piece for anyone looking to combine vintage-inspired aesthetics with modern kitchen functionality. Part of the popular Lovello range, this bin replaces the standard smooth finish with an eye-catching embossed geometric pattern that adds a tactile, contemporary edge to the classic 1950s curved silhouette. Measuring approximately 41.5 x 20 x 18 cm, it offers a generous internal capacity that can easily accommodate a large family-sized loaf alongside extra pastries, bagels, or rolls. Its rectangular footprint is specifically designed to be space-efficient, sitting flush against a wall or neatly on a countertop without taking up excessive workspace. What sets this bread bin apart from basic storage boxes is its focus on airflow. The hinged lid is designed with integrated ventilation to allow for a small amount of breathing room, which is crucial for preventing the moisture buildup that causes mold in airtight containers. Constructed from robust carbon steel, the bin is far more durable than ceramic alternatives, resisting cracks and damage while remaining surprisingly lightweight. The design is finished with stylish chrome-effect feet that feature non-slip pads, ensuring your worktops stay protected from scratches while the bin stays securely in place. While the "textured" surface looks high-end, it remains very practical; the powder-coated finish is easy to maintain with a simple wipe from a damp cloth. It is worth noting that because the lid is hinged rather than a separate lift-off piece, you’ll need a bit of vertical clearance above the bin to open it fully, so it’s something to keep in mind if you plan on placing it under low-hanging cabinets. Additionally, as with most metal bread bins, it is not dishwasher safe, so a quick hand-clean is the best way to preserve the finish. Overall, it’s a stylish and sturdy kitchen essential that effectively keeps your bread fresh while acting as a sophisticated centerpiece for your décor.

This bread bin looks nice and is large enough to hold more than just the one loaf of bread. The lid is hinged and just lifts up. I chose a cream colour but other colours are available. Would definitely recommend.

I Love The Size And Colour Also The Quality Of This Product I Have This Range Of Lovello Tgey Compliment My Kitchen Beautifully. The Size Means You Can Store More Than One Loaf Also It’s Breathable So Things Last Longer

Looks good and matches toaster, hot air fryer and microwave

Big enough to fit large loaf and some extras, easy open and close lid.

Ok

I bought this believing that it was cream and similar to the photos. However, it is more beige/sable. It is a good quality product but the photos and description were utterly deceiving.

This is a good looking, retro design bread store that stands out in the kitchen. I've lost count of the number of people who have commented on the look of the bin. Very well made piece of kitchenalia, everything just fits perfectly. There are ventilation holes at the back of the breadbin to enable air to circulate and prevent any bread stored from going mouldy too quickly. Certainly in our usage so far bread in this bin last around 2-3 days longer than in our other breadbin. The only real downside is that you can't get more than a decent sized loaf in it. For keeping it clean and looking good all I've done is wipe it inside and out with a damp cloth and then towelled it dry. Both the internal and external surfaces are well painted, but there are a couple of areas; particularly around the vent points, where the seams may be exposed. For this price you'd expect it to be a well made quality product and this certainly delivers.

Hält das Brot lange frisch und sieht klasse aus...passt prima in unsere Landhausküche

Das Brot wird feucht und fängt gleich zu schimmeln. Ich habe die Behälter weg geschmissen.
