My 4th Glocalme device, started with the very original 3G device when it first came out which worked great in Italy and Turkey, then moved on to the G3 LTE device and now this very nice and portable one that actually works very well. I also have their Homeflex home hotspot/router as a backup to cable service for emergency cases. Very well done, 👍👌

I received a defective unit from Amazon and I contacted Glocalme email technical support directly. As I am currently on travel, there is no feasible way for me to mail a lithium ion battery attached device for warranty exchange from the city I am staying. Glocalme email support is very responsive and able to resolve my issue within couple of business days. Now I’ve got a replacement device to continue on my travel. Amazing customer care support and they really do listen and address what customer’s really needs.

When I go traveling this is easy to use. When I get to a certain place it's very comfortable to use cuz all I have to do is dial it. I like this product. Thank you very much

This was great when it worked. It was used in a setting where there were 13,000 people all competing for cell service. It allowed us to use phones and computers to manage business online. We have needed it several times since and it doesn’t work. The unit indicates it’s connected to our device and visa versa but nothing happens. Customer service is not responding to our inquiries. Very disappointed.

Not bad at all. Works as advertised. I use their system but can put a SIM card in if I want. Signal acquisition can be spotty, but works generally well for 5 devices connected simultaneously
