I love this massage gun! I’ve purchased a LOT of massage devices and pain relief/recovery tools and gadgets (including two other percussion guns) over the years to help manage a connective tissue disorder with intense muscle spasms. Not all of my purchases have worked out. I'm happy to say the Sonic Pro is the real deal--and at a surprisingly low price. This kind of percussion is particularly helpful with my myofascial and muscle pains.Before discovering Lifepro, I had borrowed a friend's more expensive massage gun (she paid more than 3X the price for a competing brand.) I like everything about my Sonic Pro so much better!! It’s easier to hold onto with a non-slip grip handle. It comes in a compact storage case with an impressive selection of easily interchangeable heads, although I’ve settled on mostly two or three of my own favorites for targeted relief. And it’s the quietest massage gun I’ve tried, without sacrificing the power of more expensive models. The Sonic Pro is intense enough for my roommate’s thick “soccer muscles” and my own super spasms (My chiropractor jokes that I'm the "woman of steel!") but its lower settings are still effective for more tender areas. I like the wider range of 15 incremental settings--instead of just high/medium/low--and the digital timer function. Tip: besides adjusting power or pressure, changing the massage heads can alter perceived intensity. We took turns using it pretty regularly every day for five days before it needed to be recharged. The only thing I would probably change is the “beep” when you adjust the settings.I did a lot of research before choosing Lifepro. With so many competing products on the market, it’s really hard to tell them apart from just pictures. I've purchased several other health and wellness items from Lifepro and have been truly impressed with my products and the way Lifepro actively supports them. Right out of the box I could tell the Sonic Pro is another quality product, and it has exceeded my expectations so far.

This product works like I expected, but unfortunately, it didn't fix the pain I have in under my right shoulder blade. With that said though, I will recommend the product. It functions as I expected and I'm confident that it will be helpful for sore muscles, I think it just can't get at my problem area. It hurts a little when used on bone, especially my spine, which my wife keeps hitting, but you get what you pay for. When I complain, she says "oops" and moves on. The battery lasts a long time and the only attachment I really like is the ball, but I'm sure there are good uses for all the other attachments if someone knows how best to use them.

First, about me. I have fibromyalgia and have chronic muscle pain and tightness. I purchased this item in hopes of getting some relief.This is a great massage gun at a great price point. The massage gun has multiple speeds and is quiet at every one, unlike some competitive products which are noisy and only offer two speeds. It also comes with several attachments to customize the massage.I have chronically tight, painful calves and hip bursitis. I use the massage gun once a day for a couple minutes and get immediate relief from my symptoms. I typically use the round ball and flat head attachments for this type of massage.This massage gun can also be used for other types of massage, and I’ve used it where very my muscles feel tight and achy. There are different attachments to help with specific needs silica as muscle knots. Outside of the large ball attachment one of my favorite things to do is have my husband use the back massage attachment to go up and down my spine as it is very relaxing!The Lifepro Sonic Pro Percussion Massage gun is a great addition to my home self-care arsenal and I recommend it to anyone in need of a massage.

I purchased the LifePro massage gun about 6 months ago. I am coming back to write a review after having such a great experience with their Customer Support team.I have several other massage equipment items, but this has clearly been the most useful and effective device. Unfortunately about a month ago the control panel screen began to come loose. I contacted LifePro’s customer support and they were OUTSTANDING. This company stands behind their product. Customer support team was very quick to respond; had a very “can do” approach and ended up sending me a replacement - all within a week. Based on my experience - the product is wonderful, the company is great and I would highly recommend them.

This massager has everything you need and is extremely solid feeling. May others don't have a case or have fewer attachments, but this one has both in a compact base. It is a little tricky to learn the on and off method, but once you have it you are all set.

3rd update. They couldn't send it so they told me to have it sent to the next motel. I would get an email and tracking number when it was sent. Never got an email and i figured they screwed up again. hotel didn't mention it. So emailed them and they gave me a tracking number that it was sent to hotel but they never told me. So called hotel and they were a pain about sending it to me so they sent it back. Now customer service doesn't know when they can deliver it and wanted a non hotel address. And they said they can't tell exactly when it would be delivered And they are blaming g me for their bs. I gave Them persons address o will be at in 4 days and they haven't responded. Great item bur hope you don't have to deal with customer service2nd update. It died less than a year. Power button won't turn off. I am on the road and initially they said 5to 10 days. But they called back and said would send it to a motel today or tomorrow. Today has passed, no email from them. Hopefully they have it at the hotel I will be at tomorrowUpdate: they sent the replacement within a week. It started charging the first time I plugged it in. It works great. Decided to keep it, but I wonder why their customer service doesn't know their products. It’ s probably just a call service.Works great. Use it for my son before hockey, and for me. Day 2: Tried to charge it on and off. Doesn’t say in directions. No indicator of charging. Called company. Said charge it turned on. After a while, turned itself off. No charge increase. Called back. Told directions didn’t say. Person asked if I had the directions. Explained again. She then read the directions which she had, which was identical to my directions. Which also did not tell about the charging. She looked it up and said charge it turned off. Took to another outlet, told her no light anywhere plugged in. She asked if there was a light on the back. Told her again, no light anywhere. Then she said defective. Would get a label in 2 days, Send it back then 7 days later would get a replacement. Then plugged it in again after hung up and it started charging. Something is defective. Long wait for replacement. Was recommended this company by acupuncturist for their vibration plate. It’s pretty expensive so tried this first. Glad I did. That is way more expensive. Customer service is questionable. Deciding if I want to explore a competitor and just send it back or trust them and wait for another one.

This Sonic Massager is amazing. I have not used one that has ever worked so amazingly well. Anyone that has muscle pain needs to get this. I used the highest level first, I had to turn it down to the lowest level. My husband can only handle the massager on his neck and back at mid level. This will be a game changer for us both. We'll done on durability and number of attachments with it.

happy with the product, a bit heavy but good quality ! Battery is also perfect, I have not charged it many times, although using it for quite a time !customer servic is also perfect, I was discussing issues with them and they were very supportive !

Cannot use this as the adapter is two prong doesn't work in UK. Will need to get another adaptor
