Handy and a good value.
No complaints. Split-ring tips work well. They're light. The tether is nice when I'm shore fishing on rocks, so I don't lose them. They're strong enough to smash barbs, and the cutter is nice, but I don't use it much. My pack has a place for pliers so I don't use the sheath, but it's secure and the pliers won't fall out. And they look good too.

They are nice. Wish the loop was a snap but ended up not using the case as the backpack had a spot for them.

Buy the pliers get the holster for free.
Love these pliers. Used them for the first time fishing yesterday and was very impressed. Line cutters worked amazing and they are light and easy to use. Love the tether as well. The holster is cheap and awkward. Belt loop is in the wrong place and they sit really high on your hip. And the strap that holds them in is worthless as it just ends up inside and behind the pliers every time you reholster. Luckily the spring in the pliers holds them in place fairly well. Only reason for the 4 stars.

Spend the money to buy these quality made pliers, Don't buy cheap pliers
I noticed how well these was packaged. Very well and how light weight they felt even in the box. So took them to my shop, opened up the box, that is some good tape they use let me tell you. 1st thought I had as I pulled them from the box was, wow these are so light and then noticed they had a good quality sheath they was in. The handles was very wide compared to there cheaper competition and easier to hold in my larger hands. Once I pulled them out the 2nd thing I noticed the braid cutters were positioned across from each other instead [f others that are on the side and move around alot. I tested them against 6-150lb braid I had. Worked awesome. Use on monofilament 8-25lb worked just like clippers. So then I wanted to try changing some 5/0 hooks with the ring squeezer. Again to my surprise they worked good. So I will be ordering another pair just to keep in my truck. Only bad thing I could find is these don't come in 14in length. But went they come out with some really long or angled pliers. Better believe I will be ordering some. Keep up the good work on your products. These are made very well. I would recommend then to everyone. Have a blessed day.

Great value!
This will be the only review you need to read on these pliers. Grab your popcorn and get cozy, I’m going to explain why I gave this product 5 stars, despite a few complaints. Summary: Great value and hold up to Saltwater and abuse. For the unabridged version, please see below. It occurred to me to write this because, after owning these for 18 months now, I finally noticed the cutters starting to weaken in cutting power. Specifically, they will only cut when I put the line to one end of the cutters and press down very hard. Although I was bummed, I was not shocked. As I’ll emphasize throughout, you will be hard-pressed to beat the value that these pliers offer at the price point they’re at. Luckily, I was able to quickly locate the replacement cutters on the Piscifun website for under $9 shipped to me in FL which I was very happy about. I fish about 200 days per year, primarily saltwater, I use them to cut braid, mono, fluoro, and steel, and they have held up nicely. When I originally purchased them there wasn’t a ton of pliers at this price point with credible reviews so I didn’t have much of a choice. Trust me, I looked because I was not a huge fan of the pliers not having a different kind of grip, you know, the ones with the rubber around the handles that look like they will stay put even when wet and under the pressure of a 30” Snook thrashing at the water line. However, I must admit I was pleasantly surprised that they stay put and won’t easily slip out of your hand. If you look up some of the highest end pliers out there you will notice they share similar design look so I guess it has worked for others as well and probably reduced material cost to be offered at this affordable price. While these did come with a sheath and lanyard, I prefer to have a sheath with a clip that simply clips over the top of your pant/short line. These require you to put your pants belt through the loop which requires more work to get them off and, moreover, I don’t typically like to wear belts when I’m fishing, but again, at this price point I was very surprised they even came with the sheath and lanyard and have held up like they did. I will mention that after most saltwater outings they were rinsed with freshwater. That is obviously a huge difference maker, but you should be doing that anyway. I’ve also used these on quite a few occasions for opening split rings to replace old trebles and they have performed as expected. You will also notice I gave these five stars. That is because I believe you must rate the product according to value, which is really hard to beat as, at the time of the review, we’re on sale for $19! Other pliers around the same price point have since entered the market. One that comes to mind are the Kast King pliers with the orange rubber-looking grips. A fishing buddy of mine actually purchased them very recently and they have held up great so far, and while I personally like the feel of those better, it all comes down to preference and I am near to tell you that these Piscifun pliers are a great value buy and if you’ve had your eye on these then give them a shot.

No-Fuss Pliers
I had no problems with these pliers. They worked without any problems. I like the color on them. They are spring loaded which is a nice touch when handling fish hooks. The side cutters produce a clean cut without fuss. They are comfortable to use and the grip is fine for most people.

Way better the second time! *Updated Review*
Updated Review: A big thanks to Piscifun customer service. They saw my review and instantly sent me a new pair of pliers. I'm guessing the first pair was just defective because the pair I received is way sturdier than the first. There has been no bending or misalignment of the pliers, the blades are super sharp so it's easy to cut braid. A big 5-star review for a quality product and their customer service! Wow! Thank you guys so much! Old Review: I bought these pliers at the beginning of 2018 and at first, they were superb. In March I noticed the pliers started to bend where they cross in the middle. I thought it was no big deal, and just bent them back into place. Every month they started to bend more and more to the point where the cutter no longer worked and the plier-end was overlapping terribly. I stopped using them in the Summer of 2018 because they were pointless. I only used them for one purpose, taking trebles and deep hooks out of a bass' mouth.
