Hands down, this is the BEST, meatiest, canned/jarred tuna on the market! PLEASE don't use it to make your mother's mayo and pickle relish tuna salad!!! It comes in huge "sticks" and although I've never succeeded in getting them out of the jar entirely whole, these are big, delicious CHUNKS worthy of shining on their own (warm them on top at the last minute) of your best pasta and parm. Or plated in a Salad Nicoise with boiled potatoes, lightly cooked fresh green beans, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes and a great vinegarette. AND little black olives (Nicoise) if possible! When I'm feeling very self indulgent a very favorite combination is with white canellini beans, chopped onions, maybe celery, certainly pitted Kalamata olives, extra nice tomato pieces, some fresh basil, a little garlic and dress with balsamic and your best drizzling olive oil with some flakes of parmesan. Sometimes I add a small jar of marinated artichoke hearts. This Mediterranean version is SO HEALTHY, and you will NEVER feel deprived when this tuna is on your plate. AND, buying it by the case from Amazon saves a huge amount over your grocery store -- if they even carry it.

This is the best tuna!! It is more costly than the cans, but worth it. The tuna is not flaked, it’s in whole pieces so it’s easy to add to a green salad as an excellent source of protein. This tuna makes an awesome tuna salad too. I purchase in a package of 6 jars not only to have it on hand, but also because it brings the price-per-jar cost down.

The tuna is fantastic! Unfortunately, shipping is not. Only 4 jars are usable. One jar was completely open and had saturated the box and everything in it. Another jar had the lid popped so it was unusable. It’s kind of expensive for only 4 jars.

The product is great if I was to change anything for me only less salt would be needed and it’s not overly salted, but it’s very good. I mix it with my salad and I go for the protein that’s important for me. I do like the fact also that is in jars. I prefer jars over plastic or metal.

I'm enjoying yellowfin tuna, less mercury than solid white. Makes a nice lunch or lite dinner with onions, celery, lite mayo. Try it (not cheap).

This is excellent jarred tuna. We go through six jars a month in our house and it's a treat. There are some Spanish tinned/jarred tunas that are a bit tastier and a bit more tender, but for the price, the quality and consistency of quality is excellent
