Is the nib a brause 361 blue pumkin? also, can you recommend best ink brand for dip pens, please ?

I am not sure as it does not mention what it is but they are good and you can buy the ink on Amazon for 4.99 I think. I wanted mine for Italics when writing the children's certificates. Good value.

the handle is made of real wood?

Yes, the handle is made of real wood. Thanks, Chris Artway Ltd

Could I use these nibs to create nail art?

I use them to apply masking fluid. The paint or varnish would have to be very thin.

is this dip pen and nibs good for writing modern calligraphy?

It's a dip pen: it does what it's supposed to do. I used it for drawing, with thin paint.
