Is this hanger wide enough for a classical guitar

does it come with screws raw plugs etc?

The answer is in the pictures. It does come with fixings although you might like to supply heavier duty ones depending on he weight of the instrument you wish to hang. I used to supplied rawl plugs and screws to hang a Fender Stratocaster. No problem.

I would say as long as the head is at least 60mm wide you'll be fine.

Will this fit a 5 string bass?

Sorry don’t know the width of the neck of a five string bass but the width of the wall mount is about 52 millimetres
