Does this work with a Doona car seat/stroller?

It will wrap around any stroller, car seat or “bar”. We transfer this from my daughters bouncy seat, to her stroller, to her car seat

How to use the 2 rops?

The rops could better fix the car seat toy no slip, you can type it on the crib or carseat bar.
