So, the product gets a 5 Star rating. The good bits: They’re great quality, they fit nicely on my odd shaped bonse, adjust easily and are plenty loud enough for a deaf old codger like me to hear clearly. They connect flawlessly, and are not so heavy that they become uncomfortable that quickly. The bad bits: I now have know excuse not to join in the mind numbing, and quite frankly atrocious budget and sales meetings that my boss likes to inflict on us several times a week. He now understands that I can hear every word and expects me to ‘chip in’ throughout the meeting! Grrrrrr! No more quietly playing Candy Crush on my phone during these hours of enforced boredom. The verdict: Get them if you’re a brown nosed company climber looking for a promotion. If you don’t want to be involved, forget it!

Great headphones and I used them for hundreds if not thousands of meetings in the past 3 years and hardly ever had any issues with them. I first bought these headphones so I could cancel out any surrounding noise whilst working from home and they worked very well for this as I never had any complaints. The headphones also work great in noisy office environments as people could still hear me fine so they are also good for Microsoft Teams. The build quality is good and I found them comfortable. After I accidentally stood on the headphones one of the arms is a bit loose which is the only reason I now need to replace them. Otherwise I’m confident that they would have lasted me for at least another year or 2 without a problem. So I can confirm that these are great value for money.

I was surprised the headset was a good as it is. Build quality is pretty good, ear pads are comfortable and good adjustment too. My only comment would be that whilst sound is overall good they are a little light on bass when listening to music. That said I use these mainly for business on Teams calls all day and they are not advertised as hi-fi headphones. Microphone works well with colleagues saying its very clear. Overall I recommend them as a good budget buy.

This is comfortable to wear all day, nicely cushioned, easily adjustable, fits securely and does not move around but is not tight. The voice pick up is clear and accurate for voice recognition software. I use it to work from home and it eases me through long hours of endless dictation. It’s well made, simple to use so nothing to dislike. It has a USB plug so does need an adaptor if working from an iPad / you only have lightening plugs

Got these for working in the office as we hot desk and i needed to be able to hear people on my call but block out conversations happening around me. They worked in that colleagues on my call could hear slightly less of my neighbour but it did nothing to dampen that for me. Found it impossible to concentrate if someone next to me was also in a call. The hunt continues.

Absolutely happy with these. I work from home with a small baby playing around, these headset can completely block out any background noise. I can take calls at ease knowing the person on the other side can’t even hear a thing from my background and can hear my voice very clearly. I even tested the headset with hubby and how they block noise is just amazing! The controls are also excellent, I can mute/unmute myself easily and the other person can’t even tell I’m muted. For the price and functionality, they’re actually a bargain!

Sound quality really very good but the headset does fit quite firmly. Excellent for Teams/Zoom and watching video etc via laptop. Not sure if suitable for all day use such as call centre just because of how firm they sit on ears. If using for Teams you may need to go on Teams settings to choose this headset to be able to hear others. Mic sits to the left only but not an issue for me. Overall, good value for money and I would recommend

Ordered for husband for work. He's pleased with them - these were about half the price of his previous set, and he says there's very little difference between the two. This set is possibly not quite as sharp soundwise but it's hardly noticeable. They're comfortable, easy to set up and use, and so far they're working well.

Solid, dependable choice. I use these regularly for my contact center operations and keep buying replacements as needed. They’re comfortable enough for long shifts, the audio quality is clear for both calls and meetings, and the microphone does a good job picking up voice without too much background noise. Build quality is strong for the price point, and they hold up well under daily use. Great balance of quality, comfort, and affordability; exactly what you need in a work headset.

Ich bin beruflich in vielen Telefoncalls und brauchte ein neues Headset. Ich bin Brillenträger und da passiert es an manchen Tagen, dass das Headset etwas drückt, weil die Hörmuscheln relativ klein sind. Aber trotzdem würde ich mir dieses Headset wieder kaufen. Gute Klangqualität und auch meine Gegenüber verstehen mich einwandfrei.
