LARGE BULK DUMPY BAG ROLAWN BLENDED LOAM TOP SOIL 850KG

The delivery was promised for a certain date, then all went quiet (very quiet). For a while. Then it suddenly appeared out of the blue, and the quality of the product was very very good indeed. Well balanced light crumbly loam, which was exactly what I wanted for a top dressing and soil improver on some other units. Good price point. Now I know the style of delivery, I’d buy again. But if up against a deadline for a product delivery, may lack certainty.

Excellent service on arrival date which came well before date stated for delivery also delivery was again excellent as I live in a close and the top soil is fantastic and the seller I myself would recommend

Unusually dry and crumbly. Expected a loam product with a bit more moisture

Really disappointed. The bag had a large hole in it, the soil was way down in the bag (nothing like the picture). It had loads of weeds and moss growing in it. A lot of money to fill raised beds, nothing like we expected

I have terms with the phrase graded,there were lots of big clumps of Clay two to three inches in diameter plus some stones of a similar size. This could not have been graded to the degree that I thought I was buying. I had to smash the clay clump with a club hammer in my wheelbarrow after seiving,there seemed to be lots of whitish minerals within, possibly shell. The bag delivered was split losing some content, the basic soil was of a good size and suitable for my use to bring levels up for reseeding.

I really like the product and the mixing of loans exerlent.

Great well screened soil, have not had any stray seeds appearing, good basis for beds or adding to original soil as an improver
