Great product
I have been getting this for a while and am pleased with the result. It takes a few weeks but I feel calmer.

Love this supplement!
I really like this supplement. No waiting weeks to feel effects like some supplements and pills. I've had no side effects either. I'm in perimenopause and it really helps with mood. If I have an especially bad day, I've had 2 and it snaps me out of it. Reallt grateful for these! Good price too!

Better Sleep
I've been using this product daily for a bit less than a year. When I started I was getting but 4/5 hours of sleep a night, now I regular get 7/8 hours. I take 2 capsules three hours before my bedtime.

My favorite combo: theanine and inositol!
I've relies on l-theanine to calm me without sedating me for quite a while now for various reasons! I tend to use more when I go to bed, and I was tired of using a bunch of 100 or 200mg capsules. 250mg in a single capsule seem to be the highest dose I can find, so I take 2 before bed and 2 if I wake up and cannot fall asleep. Otherwise I need only one during the daytime. The inositol makes such a difference. I always pair l-theanine works inositol in supplements, so this brand is a great choice Absolutely works well, and it also helps with taking caffeine for clarity and focus as it does not cause any sedation!

I swear these vitamins help my focus so much I feel like I get more done now I’m taking these which is nice to actually see the effect in a vitamin

CHANGED MY LIFE!
I have had anxiety and depression my entire life. If I got overwhelmed or thrown a curve ball at work, I would flip out and start crying (no matter how much I did not want to, I couldn’t help it). I read about L-Theanine on line and figured I’d try it. This stuff has completely changed my life and improved my ability to control my emotions and take every challenge with calm and grace. I wish I knew about this decades ago. I take 1 pill a day on empty stomach, followed by coffee. I’m grateful for this. I’m finally happy and able to not freak out over little challenges.
