Works great!
This worked so great in Australia and was so handy to have the USB and USB-C. All the plug-ins were secure and tight.

Perfect & easy to use
Worked everywhere in North & South islands of New Zealand and across Australia. Prong don't collapse & stick out in bag when traveling. Great for charging phones, battery backup, headphones with USB/c. Also for iPad or laptop regular plug.

Works but needs an upgrade.
This worked for me in Australia and NZ during my travel but wish it were flexible and could rotate around a pivot by 180 degrees so that the pins could be used on wall sockets closer to the floor too in hotel rooms. It can’t be used on such low profile configuration due to the pins being not centered but offset. Hence only 4 stars.

Good Plug-in for use in China
Worked well in China for USB to charge phone and laptop. Make sure laptop power supply is rated higher voltage as is listed in product description

It allows US plugs to work in New Zealand and Australia as long as they are dual voltage
Adapter saw me through 3 weeks in New Zealand and a week in Australia allowing me to keep my electronics charged daily and my Braun Electric Razor and Phillips Toothbrush charged!
